Done with 8 and on to 9

I'm still going strong. The workouts are great. I think I'm going to up my cardio though. I've decided to cut out the wine and only have a cheat dessert once a week. I used to just use one WHOLE day to eat whatever I wanted....But, I'm not sure that's helping LOL. I'll be posting pictures next week :)

Almost done with week 7

Wow....This 300 workout is no joke. The first time I was done I almost died! LOL But it does get easier. I'm off this week so I think I'll add some extra cardio into my routine. It couldn't hurt, right.

Done with week 5 and on to week 6

Hi Guys,

I finished week 5 and today was my first of week 6. Things have been going well. The workouts are great and the HIIT is getting somewhat better (I still hate it though). I've been eatting well but I'm starting to get cravings!!!!! AHHH! But...I'll make it! :)

End of Week 4!

I can surely some results here. My wight and body fat are down and I'm feeling pretty good. Week 5 begins tomorrow. I'm pretty excited about it! Grad school also begins next week, which I'm not excited about!! GRRRR! But we'll work through it! GOOD LUCK!

Week 4

Week four is almost over! My belly feels soooo much tighter and stronger. I've decided that I don't hate the intervals as much as I used to. They're getting easier and easier!! Everyone's blogs are looking great. I can't wait until April!! I'll post my pics at the end of this week with an update on my stats.

Week 3

Just began week 3 today. I bought a stationary bike over the weekend. The intervals are a killer!!! I can;t wait for the summer!!!! Photos in 2 weeks!
