Done with 8 and on to 9
I'm still going strong. The workouts are great. I think I'm going to up my cardio though. I've decided to cut out the wine and only have a cheat dessert once a week. I used to just use one WHOLE day to eat whatever I wanted....But, I'm not sure that's helping LOL. I'll be posting pictures next week :)
